Available Franchise Territories
Alden Attic Insulation territories are protected. When you claim one, it’s yours. No other Alden location can market, sell, or install inside your boundaries. That’s the deal, in writing, from day one. Right now we’re opening markets in twelve states where the brand has no footprint yet. First movers get the best geography: growing metro rings, aging housing stock from the 1960s through the 1990s, and summers and winters that punish under-insulated attics. The Garrison Standard has been doing this since 2002. The playbook works. The open map is below.
Open Markets
These are the states where Alden Attic Insulation territories are currently available. Each one has the housing age, climate pressure, and homeowner demand that makes insulation a steady, recession-resistant trade.
- Texas – Brutal summers. Attics hit 140 degrees. Homeowners feel every missing inch of insulation.
- Florida – Cooling costs never stop. Blown-in insulation pays for itself faster here than almost anywhere.
- California – Older homes in the Central Valley and Inland Empire need full attic retrofits, not patches.
- Georgia – Humidity plus heat means attics work against the AC system all summer long.
- North Carolina – A mix of 1970s ranchers and new construction that was rarely insulated to code.
- Arizona – Desert heat makes attic insulation the single best energy upgrade a homeowner can buy.
- Tennessee – Cold snaps and hot spells in the same month. Attics take a beating year-round.
- Ohio – Freeze-thaw cycles and 40-year-old fiberglass that has settled to nothing.
- Pennsylvania – Row homes, farmhouses, and postwar capes all need insulation removal and replacement.
- Colorado – Snow loads and temperature swings. Proper attic ventilation and insulation matter up here.
- Washington – Wet winters. Damp attics. Mold and compressed insulation are common call-outs.
- Virginia – Dense suburbs around Richmond and Norfolk with homes built before modern energy codes.
How Territories Work
We don’t sell the same territory twice. When you reserve a market, you get a defined boundary, drawn on a map, with a population count and a housing-stock profile. That boundary is protected. No other Alden location runs jobs inside it, advertises inside it, or takes calls from inside it without routing them to you. The territory is exclusive, and it stays exclusive as long as you operate to The Garrison Standard.
The Garrison Standard is the operating agreement behind the brand. Five rules. Show up inside the window we gave. Put the price in writing before any work starts. Do the job by the book, the first time. Leave the site clean and squared away. Stand behind the work for a full year. If a location won’t work to that standard, the territory opens back up. That’s the safeguard that protects every owner’s local reputation.
Reserving a territory starts with a phone call. We talk through the market you’re interested in, the housing stock, the competition, and what a first-year operation realistically looks like. No yes-man pitch. If the numbers don’t work for you, we’ll tell you. If they do, we move to a territory agreement that puts the boundary in writing.
Each location is independently owned and operated. You own the business. You run the crews. You keep the profit. What you get from the brand is the name, the supplier relationships with Owens Corning, Johns Manville, Knauf, Rockwool, CertainTeed, Icynene, Demilec, and GreenFiber, and a system built since 2002. That’s the deal.
Claim Your Territory
Call (254) 272-5876 and talk to a real person. No voicemail tree. No form that disappears. Ask which markets are still open and what the territory boundaries look like. Written price before anything is signed. Same discipline we bring to every attic.
Frequently Asked Questions
We quote the initial investment in writing before any agreement is signed. That’s the same rule we give homeowners: price in writing, no surprises. Call (254) 272-5876 and we’ll walk you through the numbers for the market you want.
No. You need to be willing to run a business by the book. We train owners and crews on installation, removal, safety, and The Garrison Code. What we won’t train around is the discipline. If you can show up on time and keep your word, the trade itself is learnable.
Yes. The territory agreement defines your boundaries and protects them from other Alden locations. No one else runs jobs or advertises inside your lines. That protection is part of why owners join.
Owners prove out their first market before expanding. Once you’re running to The Garrison Standard, additional territories may open up for you. That conversation happens after your first year, not before. Call (254) 272-5876 to talk through how expansion works.
