Initial Training
Before your truck ever rolls, you’ll spend structured time learning the business from the ground up. Operations come first. You’ll learn how a job moves from the first phone call to the final walkthrough, including how we write a price before any work starts and how we document every job so the invoice matches what the homeowner approved. Then you learn the trade itself. We cover blown-in insulation, batts, and removal, plus how to assess an attic, spot ventilation problems, and know when a homeowner actually needs more than they called about. You’ll train on products from Owens Corning, Johns Manville, Knauf, Rockwool, CertainTeed, Icynene, Demilec, and GreenFiber so you can speak about them with confidence and let homeowners research what’s going into their attic.
Software training covers scheduling, job tracking, and customer records. We also walk you through hiring with The Garrison Standard in mind: how to find people worth putting in uniform, how to background-check them, and how to build a crew that shows up inside the window you gave. Marketing basics come next, so you understand how leads reach you and what to say when they call. By launch, you’ll know exactly what a clean install looks like and what it costs you to deliver it.
Launch Support
Opening the doors is where most new owners feel the gap between training and real life. We close that gap. Your launch starts with local marketing setup: local listings, a location page, and the foundation of a lead engine that works for the neighborhoods you serve. We help you get found by homeowners searching for attic insulation, blown-in insulation, and insulation removal near them.
